Our story

Milpitas Communications started in 2018 with a simple observation: every small business owner we knew was losing customers because they couldn’t answer fast enough. Hours late at night spent replying to WhatsApp messages, missed bookings, leads that went cold over the weekend. So we built tools to fix that — and then kept building, because every business has its own version of the same problem.

What we believe

• Conversations beat forms. People share more — and convert better — when they’re talking to something that talks back.
• Bots should know their limits. When a customer needs a human, the bot should hand off cleanly with the full context. No starting over.
• Setup should be fast. Most of our customers go live within a week of kickoff. Long projects rarely survive the small-business reality check.
